Dedicated Vehicle: 3-7 Working Days

While we strive to expedite your delivery, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery day. However, you'll receive a confirmation of dispatch when your order is on its way. We will email or text you with your scheduled dispatch date. Please refrain from contacting us before receiving this email. Note that our drivers deliver between 7am and 7pm. If our driver encounters difficulties during delivery, we will notify you in advance. Please keep your phone handy in case the driver needs to contact you directly.

Post Code Exclusions

We only deliver to the UK mainland. We do not deliver to Ireland, any offshore Isles, or JE and GY postcodes. Some postcodes may have longer lead times. Customers should contact our office before ordering online to ensure delivery can be made to their address. Affected postcodes: TR, SA, LD, SY, PA, PH, IV, KW.

Delivery Dates

All delivery dates are subject to stock availability and are estimations, not guarantees. We cannot promise specific delivery days or time slots. If your order is late, we accept no responsibility for any incurred fees, including labour costs or other legally binding arrangements with third parties. We strongly advise not scheduling builders or labourers until you have received and inspected your order.

Receiving Your Delivery

Couriers may require a signature upon delivery and may not leave goods in a safe location unless specifically requested by you. If you liaise directly with couriers beyond our awareness, we are not liable for delays or lost shipments. If delivery is attempted and contact with you cannot be made, your order will return to our warehouse, and re-delivery will occur on the next available run. Please keep your phone accessible to allow the driver to contact you directly. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence provided. We will then arrange for a replacement to be dispatched.

Working Days

Our office is closed on weekends, so any orders placed during that time will be processed on the next working day (usually Monday, unless it's a Bank Holiday). The day of order placement does not count as the first working day; the following day begins the delivery window. All lead times are estimated and not guaranteed, though we aim to deliver as quickly as possible.
